A journey back to St. Joseph's Village, Rockleigh, NJ

BUILDINGS & GROUNDS

  • The Village As Seen From the Air

A satelite aerial photograph shows the Village site as it is today. From the air it doesn't look that much different with the exception of a new building and some more blacktopped areas for parking.[see]

    ARTICLE TO COME
We will have an article here that tells the amazing story of the huge complex that the Sisters of St. Joseph planned and built to accomodate 108 dependent children. With its many cottages, school facilities, cafeteria, on-premis infirmary, chapel, and on-site living accomodations for nuns and lay staff, it's is no wonder that it was called a village.
